Data Pre-processing

Quality Control (QC):

Assess the quality of raw sequencing data to identify and remove low-quality reads and sequences to give accurate and reliable gene expression data.

Data Normalization:

Normalize data to account for differences in sequencing depth and other experimental biases.

Transcript Quantification:

Estimate transcript abundances using reference genomes or transcriptomes.

Differential Expression Analysis:

We securely store (for a limited time for free) and manage large transcriptomics datasets.
